Hello, I’m Katie, I’m currently training in Sound Therapy and Sacred Ceremonies. I live in Glossop, Derbyshire where my practice is deeply rooted in nature. Since moving here I’ve felt very connected to the land and spend lots of time outdoors, foraging food and connecting with the local plants and nature spirits. I love being out in the wilderness hiking and wild camping, whether it’s in the sunshine, howling wind or icy rain, I am there for all of it. When I’m not wandering the enchanting hills of Glossop and taking in its spellbinding sunrises and sunsets, I’m travelling to different sacred sites taking part in sacred ceremonies, connecting with energy of each place and bringing that energy and it’s messages back with me by integrating them into my own sacred ceremonies and sound journeys.

My experience with sound and sacred ceremonies has allowed me to find a place of deep peace within myself, although personally and globally many of us are in a pretty wild and brutal storm and there is a huge amount of collective grief being felt across the planet. I believe that by working with sound and plant medicine there is an opportunity to connect with something greater than ourselves, this connection can make us feel calmer, less reactive and put us in a better position to serve our loved ones, our communities and beautiful planet earth.

My intention with my sacred ceremonies and sound journeys is to create a space where people can find their way back to nature, to spirit, to themselves and ultimately back to one another.
